Cochrane et al even conducted a study using weight loss hypnosis with 60 female subjects who were over 20% overweight. The subjects were divided into two groups, a control group and a group who received hypnosis.

I've listened to it over and over again over the 21 days and i haven't noticed anything. I've had this for six months and listen to it quite often I didn't notice anything.

I bought one two years ago and it helped me quit smoking. Just bought a new one to help me loose wieght.

I am enjoying the weight loss hypnosis program, but something happened that I can no longer listen to the hypnosis. I am unable to open or download and I am very frustrated. I am open for any suggestions to re-download so I can use the program once again.

I am happy with the hypnosis audio. I listened to it for 30 consecutive days. I find I am less likely to reach for a candy bar when I want a snack & I am much more aware of what I am eating & how much I am eating. I am also eating less. I have not lost any weight yet though & that is a bit discouraging. I am trying low carbs, so I've just begun to eliminate fruits. I am exercising regularly now also, which is not something I did prior to listening.
