Financial Astrology: Sneak Peek into Your Financial World

Financial Astrology: Sneak Peek into Your Financial World

Posted by Victoria Reinertsdatter on 7th Jun 2017

Today, I want to talk about how we, you, or anyone else, can use mundane astrology to get a sneak peek into the immediate future of one’s financial world. First, a word about what mundane astrology is: Generally speaking, it is the astrology of large groups of people, like corporations or nations. There are actually quite a few things that you can look into using this and some of the astrologers I respect most highly have made some excellent predictions based on their forecasts, using it.

Now, how does this relate to you- the employee or citizen? Well, ever have a forecast that promised you a financially positive event, but the company you worked for went belly up, and... well, at least you got that McDonald’s job? Or a stock market event pulled the rug out from under the economy’s feet and you, I guess, feel fortunate that you weren’t culled in the company’s cutbacks? This is because your transit forecast is one thing, and your business’ forecast are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. With that in mind, let’s have a look at how mundane astrology works, so that maybe you can insulate yourself during their hard times, and reap the most benefits during their gravy times.

To start with, you can cast what is essentially a natal chart for your company, and the country that you live in. Find the date and place of your company’s founding (or incorporation), and if you can get the exact time of that, so much the better. The same is true of your country. It is also a good thing to cast a natal chart on the CEO of the corporation you work for, and the leader of your country. From there, keep an eye on events that affect them financially, and for good measure, their health. I’ll get more detailed on these in a second. First, let’s talk about a completely different kind of mundane astrology, the Ingress Chart.

This is the chart for the founding of my business- it’s not the Ingress chart, but this is an example I am throwing up here, for a couple of reasons. First, most of the people I talk to are unaware that you can draw up charts for more than just people- but, also, this is a business for which I have all the data, which has made Ingress charts, forecasts, and taking steps based on that much easier.

This would be my business’s chart.

And this is my natal chart. You can see, they are very, very different. Then, we get into Ingress charts.

Ingress Charts are great for if you can only find where the business was founded, or lacking that, you can cast a chart where you currently live. It’s, of course, a good idea to keep an eye on both. So, here’s the basic idea of an Ingress Chart:

1. - When a planet enters a sign or house, that is called an ingress. This is the most important event for a given planet in a given time frame. For instance, when The Sun enters Aries, that’s on the Spring Equinox and the First Day of Spring. When it enters Cancer, it’s the Summer Solstice and the First Day of Summer. The Signs “color” the energy of the planet, and unless in a stressful aspect to the House in some way, doesn’t figure a whole lot except in timing.

2. - When a planet ingresses into a House, that planet’s energy, colored by the sign, will affect that area of the business. The main houses to watch out for are the First for overall well-being, the Second for specific financial conditions, I personally use the Third House to keep an eye out for glitches in electronic payments, the Sixth for the work environment, coworkers, and trade unions, the Eighth for how financial arrangements with other businesses are going, the Tenth to keep track of the company’s reputation, and the Twelfth, just in case of corporate espionage.

3. - The planets themselves represent different people or groups in the business. The Sun is the President/CEO, Mercury is the accountants/statisticians/techies/math-y people, The Moon is all of the lower level employees, Venus is activity coordinators/counselors/mediators, Mars is security staff and administrative policies, and so on. The Sun, The Moon, Mercury, and Mars are generally the ones you’ll want to look out for. With that said, you’ll want to keep an eye on Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto along with the others for benefic or malefic activity.

Now, you’re looking for the little symbol of the Sun in these. In Virgo, you can see it’s in the 7th house, and in Libra, you can see it’s in the 11th. And this is just the Sun- if we wanted to look at Mercury, well- here:

Let’s have an example of how this works, Mercury (definitely keep an eye on him with your money!) is currently retrograde in Virgo. Things look kind of shaky because of the retrograde, though they’ve mellowed out some since it happened. Plus, Virgo has Plans B, C, D, and E for every Plan A, B, C, D, and E. So...weird, but not unmanageable, right? Let’s say that retrograde Mercury ingresses into the Third House on payday, while The Moon is in the Second House. Everyone (The Moon) is watching for that deposit to drop (Second House). Remember what I said about keeping an eye on the Third House for electronic payments?

A minor glitch in the direct deposit software causes everyone’s paycheck to be off for a few dollars. Before anyone can say anything, fail-safes in the financial software fix everything. Support staff diagnose and fixes the problem. We can thank that Virgo energy for that.

So, this is the basic gist of utilizing mundane astrology to look at financial situations- of course, as I mentioned above: you take into account the bigger things at play, usually if you’re with another company, or you want to invest and the like. However, it is perfectly possible to use this powerful tool to dig into your own businesses. I know, because I do.

Have you ever drawn up a chart for business or investing?
