How are orders delivered?

There are two types of delivery we offer, depending on the product you purchase

- Immediate Digital Download – our MP3 Audios, eBooks, Videos and other multi-media offerings are available for immediate digital download for a period of 30-days from the date of purchase on our site. Your web-based order confirmation, email confirmation and your AstrologicAnswers.com secure online account will all contain a link to download, or re-download you multi-media purchases.

Please note that Apple's iOS doesn't allow you to download MP3 formatted files directly to your mobile devices. Instead, to get these files on your iOS devices you'll need to first download the MP3's to your desktop computer, import them into your iTunes account and then sync iTunes with your mobile devices. Android and Windows Mobile devices allow you to download MP3 files directly to your mobile devices for immediate listening.

- Custom Made Products – our custom Astrology and Numerology pdf Report offerings are each made-to-order in beautiful pdf format and prevents immediate delivery. After Reports are individually produced by our chart maker, they are saved to a secure enterprise server and you will be emailed a link through MailChimp where you can view and download your Report for a period of up to six months.

- A word about our Secure Servers – you’ll notice when pdf Report links are delivered, they point to a Google secure server where your Report is saved. How long until my order is delivered?

- Immediate Digital Download – these products are downloadable immediately via the download link provided three ways: once on your online order confirmation page, again in your email order confirmation and another in your AstrologicAnswers.com secure online account. Each link allows you to download or re-download your multi-media purchases.

- Custom Made Products – our custom Astrology and Numerology pdf Report offerings are all made-to-order and require up to three to five business days before your pdf report is delivered by email.

How do I use a Coupon, Gift or other Certificate Code?

AstrologicAnswers.com offers promotions through charity, fundraising, auction and other incentive type programs. We also occasionally run "deals" through Groupon, LivingSocial and other top-rated daily deal sites. If you have a coupon code, simply place your order as if you're a retail customer, add the product to your cart and check out as usual. Before selecting a payment method, enter your coupon code and click the Apply button for the appropriate discount to be validated and applied. Be sure to keep the box checked next to "I want to receive your Newsletter," so we can email you when you order is complete.

What if I don’t know my birth date or time?

An astrological birth chart is a scientific calculation based on the exact alignment of the planets at the precise moment and place of your birth. Birth chart accuracy has been greatly aided through the use of modern day computers. Many astrologers refuse to provide astrological readings if the exact time of birth is unknown since it affects the outcome. AstrologicAnswers.com will produce your report in the absence of an exact time of birth, so long as you know the place and date of birth. Simply use 12 pm as your birth time if it’s unknown. The accuracy of your report will be affected and we always recommend using the nearest birth time, if known, for accuracy.

What if my name was different at birth?

In Numerology your personal numbers and the course of your life are determined by three facets of you: your birth date, which cannot be changed, the name you were given at birth, which cannot be changed, and the name you use today -- which can absolutely be changed multiple times throughout your life. Changing your name can actually change the course and quality of your life. All astrology reports are unaffected by names or changes in names.

What if my gender was different at birth?

Date, time and location are the three driving factors that determine your astrological birth chart. Your birth chart is a static picture of the exact planetary alignment based on date, time and place of birth. Name and gender, if required for astrology products, are informational only and help to identify use of the proper personal pronoun in the report. Gender is never a factor and is not used with our Numerology reports.
